Buying a high heel with thicker heels will be more comfortable. The thinner the heel, the more wobbly your foot is. The same holds true for thicker soles. This will ease some of the pressure on the bottom of your foot.

It’s important to learn how to walk properly in heels. Walk heel to toe and be sure to maintain your posture. Always break in your heels before you wear them so you don’t get any blisters.
